jews ‘Philanthropic’ Circle-jerk
One of the portions of the full show that I cut out was about Proton — ProtonMail — as an example of jews-giving-to-jews through their jews-only merry-go-round of so-called charities and foundations. It’s a jew circle-jerk. They amass the money and give it out to nearly all jew organizations and individuals. Meanwhile, they pretend to be oh so very generous and caring for humanity etc. etc. The point is great. The segment was tedious, though, even to me!





NOTE: At the top of the show, I mentioned that the winning bid for that 1980s 244 Portastudio was “more than $200.” In fact, including shipping, it went for $315. That’s too much for an iffy old machine. But I WOULD pay that much for one with a guaranteed functional input-amp-output section. None of its mechanicals would need to work. If I somehow get one, I’ll remake that song and adjust the lyrics to slam not only Santa but also “God” and the jews. And of course I’d re-apply that scalding lead-guitar solo.
WHAT TO EAT?
Human food is
1. MEATS (including eggs and seafood)
2. Fruits
3. Vegetables
— Eat them in whatever proportions you desire, and cooked or not as you desire.
Say goodbye and goodriddance to colds, flus, sinus infections. This is because you’re not eating ANY, or almost any, grass seeds (grains, cereals). Also, if you’re fat, watch it slowly melt away — not from “dieting,” not from starving, but from EATING RIGHT and not eating wrong.
WHAT TO DRINK?
1. Water, preferably filtered to get rid of the fluoride and other poisons.
2. If available, drink raw whole cow’s milk direct from a farmer, or farmers, you trust.
As you may recall, a year ago I was poisoned and sliding toward death because of poisoned grocery-store ribeye steaks. I was eating ’em every day, led to think I was splurging FOR my health when, in fact, I was ruining my health.
After that, I regained my health by the following. For a month, I ate nearly only chicken eggs. I continued to drink the raw whole milk. After that month, I started buying beef straight from farmers who guaranteed no added chemicals. Also, I started adding a little fruit. To this day, I rarely eat a vegetable. (I’m not against vegetables. But I like to say I didn’t abandon them; they abandoned me. They are not what they used to be.) Anyway, I got stronger and stronger.
Over time, I added a little variety, carefully. Still, no grocery-store meats. Once a week, I enjoy one cup of coffee in a coffeeshop. That coffee used to be with a good muffin, but now there are no good muffins available. So, I do without. In a “health-food store,” I found chips made from sweet potatoes fried in avacado oil and with salt — no other ingredients, according to the label. I know, no labels can be trusted. I like the chips, no dip. So, I can say I’m eating a vegetable: sweet potatoes.
I go for a walk for a mile or two nearly every day that the weather is agreeable. I’m 68 years old. I can walk almost as vigorously as I did a couple of years ago. I expect to build it back up a little more this coming summer. Meanwhile, I know that athletics are in the past, forever.
I exercise a wee bit every day in my apartment, just to be active, not sedentary, help the intestinal flow, and clunk the lower back into place after sitting put it out. Occasionally I do exercises more strenuous but still moderate.
I live alone, which I don’t like. But it’s better than living with an incompatible person. I fantasize about joining up with a compatible White woman to improve each other’s quality of life through our remaining years.

I would encourage everyone reading to try this way of eating. Before I changed to this eating style I had the flu and or colds each year. Now I can’t remember when I last had the flu or even a cold because it has been years.

I’ve done my research and i know my truth. The hebraic role in OUR history is beyond catastrophic.
How i would dearly like to have that once a week coffee with you – to learn more and build on my own knowledge.

Such a comment is a very rare thing. I could be wrong, but it seems that they come only about twice a year. By extreme coincidence, I got a similar one by email within a week ago. So, this year has hit its quota already!
