What is the best core diet for us Whites? Meat, Fruit, Vegetables. Water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What did I NOT include above? Seeds. The &#8220;cereals.&#8221; The grains. Scientifically, the grass seeds. Of them, modern wheat is the worst. Find out why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multiple other subjects come up along the way, such as my living in Vietnam at the time I researched all of this and experimented on myself. Also, the great true farmers markets in Vietnam (one of the few positives about Vietnam) <em>that we should also have<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annual, cyclic colds, flus, sinus infections, and the like are not natural. They are caused by what is not natural and\/or what is not good for us. Cure yourself of them.
